How C7 runs a Super Validator and two Canton applications on one platform

C7 has held a Canton Super Validator seat since the network launch and runs two Canton applications. IntellectEU operates its Super Validator node, and they use CatalyX Blockchain Manager to host the validator and run the apps there.

The company

C7, a 7RIDGE subsidiary that invests in frontier technologies shaping the future of finance, has been a Super Validator since the Canton Network launched. Super Validators operate the Global Synchronizer, the shared ordering layer that lets Canton participants transact across the network, and take part in network governance.

C7 also builds on the network it helps run. 7TRUST issues on-chain credentials that bind a company to its Party ID, so counterparties know who they transact with. 7LOCK is the marketplace where Featured Apps source Canton Coins to comply with CIP-116.
